In January 2017, Dr. Bain had the opportunity to travel to India for 2 weeks to do some great work! While down there, Dr. Bain worked closely with an ophthalmologist working with pre-surgery and post-surgery cataract patients.

With all this hard work and efforts, Dr. Bain received an award from the Punarjot Eye Bank Society for the Punarjot Visionary International Award 2017.
